Your health and satisfaction matter to us. Because our products are food supplements meant to be consumed, we handle returns with health and safety in mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened products in their original, sealed condition can be returned within 14 days of you receiving them, for a refund or an exchange. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@evoxsupps.com with your name and order reference. We'll confirm the next steps and arrange drop-off or collection within Curaçao.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll process your refund through the same method used for your order. Please allow a few business days for it to be completed.
